Dont dump the headlight, try attaching it to the truss backet bolt, sometimes its not the size but possition.. I was having the same issue with My Muscle bike build, I have it pictured on top like yours hooked on to the stem bolt and I now moved it to the front of the stem hooked on to the pinch...

:lol: :lol: that would've killed me..lol.. Dodger Stadium is built in to a hillside so every level is at ground level..I couldnt imagine lugging that thing around 9 stories of steps :)
