Did they have rear facing dropouts in the 50's ?

I saw this listed as a 50's Schwinn on my local craigslist. Asking price is $40 Aren't 20" ballooners pretty rare? Especially pre war bikes? Would this be worth picking up for a flip? If it were a boys bike it would already be mine. Thanks Pat

I got my votes in. Lots of tough choices. Maybe next year we can vote for a top ten then use those as finalists for the final three votes. Just an idea I know it would be more work. Good job to all the entries this year and those who did not get their bikes done in time.

Thanks. I think the sprocket cover is my favorite part of the bike. It adds a nice clean look.
