The frame geometery looks very similar to my Huffy The chain guard is definitely a Huffy style. And I like your choice of flat bars.....as you can see below:

Oldroads.com, and there is a post on this site (can't remember where I saw it) for a bunch of serial number info. Mine are stamped on the left drop out.

The saddle and bag came from the home of the Blue Light Special! Was in the local K Mart for school supplies for my youngest and decided to look at the bike stuff. They're made by Bell. I didn't use the matching mounting straps the bag came with because I didn't like the way it hung below...
