    I bought some awhile back at my LBS,they told me to glue( I used spray adhesive) the inside of the grip.I was told that they would be loose if they got wet and not glued.

    The guy I bought it from had mentioned he thought it was possibly a Schwinn.hmmm.I aired up the tires , had the hub overhauled and replaced the top part of seat and its ready to roll.
