I bought this wheel used with hopes of putting a balloon tire on it for a build. It looks nice and wide. Wider than my Chinese alloy rims with balloon tires. Today I tried to put on an old mtn bike tire 26 X 1.95 knobby. I failed. Is this a weird size rim? Thanks for any help, Mick

Today I bought a 1974 Schwinn Speedster on craigslist. It is super clean and the seller said it shifts perfectly. I bought it and stopped on the way home for a ride and took some pics. It shifted and rode perfectly. When I got home I rode it again and when I shifted into 2nd gear it spins freely...

Found it on craigslist. Everything is original except the tires and front brake pads. It cost a little less than a Walmart Schwinn.
