Actually I kid, my wife's always super supportive when I get an artistic wild hair and want to create something. Plus, of the two of us she's the more mechanically inclined, she's probably going to be the one who ends up putting everything back together. :wink:

Are those *REAL* Shimano DX pedals? There was a time when those things would go for several hundred bucks. There's a reason all modern BMX pedals are DX clones. Best Pedal Ever. Also, two-tone A'me Tris, niiiiiiiiiiice.

My Eastern Element clocked in at right around 27lbs w/o pegs it cost about $400 brand new, which is about the cheapest you're going to find a full cromo F/F bike these days. It's probably a little lighter than that now, but I spent more on upgrades than the bike originally cost to get it there...
