I am restoring a 1975 Schwinn Scrambler I picked up. It need a new front wheel which is a heavy duty 20" X 1 1/2'' chrome S-2 wheel with 36 spokes and large black hub. I realize these might be rare to find a good wheel with half decent chrome, or just the rim. I thought I would check to see...
