1975 Scrambler

I am restoring a 1975 Schwinn Scrambler I picked up. It need a new front wheel which is a heavy duty 20" X 1 1/2'' chrome S-2 wheel with 36 spokes and large black hub. I realize these might be rare to find a good wheel with half decent chrome, or just the rim. I thought I would check to see if someone has one sitting in their garage or basement. I've been watching ebay too. Also looking for a pair of SX Scrambler 20 X 2.125 white letter knobby tires. If they will fit the S-2 Schwinn wheels.? Let me know

Those tires will fit an s-2, but be prepared to spend some time hunting for'm in good condition.

I'm building a Chicago Schwinn Scrambler, too (mine is an '80, I think, in the rootbeer color), but I decided to just throw whatever I want on there, as finding original parts in nice shape is pretty hard.... Be sure to post some pics once you're finished.
