    Copped a three piece crank. And swapped the 24t cog with this 18. That big cog is way too “chill”. This was just a test fit

    Not to bad I recon, .... thing was real wonky at first but after I tightened a few spokes and I could see the effects I got the hang of it. Only took an hour and some change haha.

    Dang shoulda scooped one up! I work at a shipyard and I see newsboys and three wheelers all day but no straight tubers, or chrome, or any without at least 5 coats of paint haha!

    Here’s a front wheel that was blasted and painted silver I’ve never laced a wheel and thought I was gonna blow it but it only took two tries to swap out the hoop removed the silver paint and “blued” the drum hub

    Scored this chrome worksman. Figured I’d post the stuff I do to it because it’s the nicest bike I ever owned. using the parlance of our time the “crowned jewel” haha.
