    2 plastic discs thatv attach with screws and nuts, just have to remove the cassette, ditch the plastic chain thingie, install the discs and cassette and away you go!

    1 1/8" fork in a 1" frame

    I have a set of what I'm assuming are 1 1/8 springer forks I'd like to use in what I'm assuming is only a 1" headtube, so if I don't need to go back to using 1" forks, I can install 1 1/8 cups?

    Couldn't help myself, swapped the front wheel off my road bike..... that's my eldest trying to reach the pedals :) Rear disc came from one of these, painted ala MOON disc donchaknow!

    Hi, just a quick intro and pic, here's my bike, 5spd cruiser with a few small changes. We'll soon be moving into a new house and I plan on tearing her down for a new paint job and some more changes
