    I too have a cranbrook I am messing with... how did you get the seat post mounted that far forward on the seat? I messed around with mine and could not get it to work... has anyone taken it for a ride mounted like that?

    so I took it for a .5 mile test ride and the odom clocked it right on... so that seems to work... now just the speed / rpms are not correct... I will pull it apart and see if some lube will help things out...

    so I got it installed... it seems to work as an odometer... but the MPH / RPH are way way off... it is pegged all the way around to the bottom so I am not sure what that is measuring...the odometer part clocked me at like .4 of a mile when I went up the street and back... I will have to take it...

    So I have checked the boards here and the net and can't seem to find instruction on how to install the old style speedometer. I am only having issues with the hub part. Are there any good photos out there of how it should go on or an instruction manual? This is a cheap "new" replica style...

    good to see the lay back seat post... I was thinking about that for mine... but was not sure how it would look... I might have to pick your brain on how to grease this ride up... I did not check that on mine... is it just the bottom bracket or the hubs also?

I found a 9 LED torch flash light at Micro Center that was $2.99 that I plan to modify into the existing headlight case... got home checked the hole size and it fit perfect with not...
