‘64 Deluxe Stingray Coppertone Estate Sale Find

I found this one at an estate sale a couple of weeks ago. April of 1964 Deluxe. Basically all original except for the Schwinn Scrambler white wall rear tire. According to the estate sale people, it spent most of it’s time in Poland with a family who the parents were CIA agents.

Nice find! Studded tire is correct for '64. Not sure why it says Scrambler but the tire looks exactly the same as the originals. That's an early bike for sure 36h rear wheel, inverted headset and uncrimped sissy. WOW!!

The bike is great. But, nothing says, "... my parents might be American CIA …"
in Communist Poland like a '64 Schwinn Sting Ray Deluxe. Thinking out loud.
Maybe they were Ambassadors or something like that. Sorry, now I'm thinking
"American Dad".
