Its a cool bike too. We swapped rides at the fountain. I love what @Falstaff did with this ride. Awesome fauxtina.
Thanks.
This is the first paint job on a bike I've been happy with.

Finally finished three weeks of biz trips. Went out to the shop to experiment a little further with the skirt idea. Played around with this scalloped trailing edge and also changed up the hole pattern and sequence. I want to get the shape right before I go cutting up the pizza pan. Still don't think I am there yet.

I think this is just too batman like. Not what I am looking for.

The scallops are a FAIL
Yeah, the overall shape of the skirt is better like I had it. The trailing curved edge somewhat mimics the curve of the downtube on the front.

I think I like the holes better along the curved top rather than on the seatstay edge. I am torn between rather they should go big to small or small to big.

I think you're right about the curve mimicking the down tube. Since it's reversed from the downtube, to me the holes should be opposite the holes in the frame too. Like on the "Batman" version

I'm with Rusty ^ on this one. Chad's original idea, with Rusty's mods. I takes a little weight out of the 'rear end'. And Lord knows, we could all use that.

It looks sleek and fast. Like the guy 'getting the hole shot' at the start gun!

Great feedback guys. I especially like the "shorter hemline" :D suggestion from @Chad T . I am going to try and mockup some flavor of that today.

I am also leaning towards keeping my original hole pattern that follows the upper curve and goes from bigger to smaller (front to back).
