1 1/8" Aheadset fork options

I really want to put a 26" bent springer fork on my cruiser, but it has a 1 1/8" Aheadset. Anyone know of an existing fork or a way to make a threaded one work?

Get the machined aluminum reducers to make it 1" and then use a threaded 1" headset. It should be pretty straight forward once you find the reducers.

You can use headset reducers, they work fine, and you can probably find a cheap 1" threaded fork for it.

If you want to buy a new fork anyway, Choppers US sells 1-1/8" aheadset style 26" springer forks.

There would be some difference in your handlebar set-up, but stability shouldn't be affected by which method you use, only by geometry and fit quality of the parts.
