1915 Schwinn Excelsior (with picture)

Somebody offered me a 1915 Schwinn Excelsior.
Is it a wanted bike?

The price is too big for me. I will pass it, only if he doesn't change his mind tomorrow.
He has two more people coming tomorrow, to see the bike.
Anyway if somebody has an offer, he will change his mind (the number must be at least 4 digits).
