Here is my latest build. I’ve been working on it for a couple of years now, but since I retired I kind of lost interest for a while. Decided to get back on it, hopefully get it finished yet this winter. I didn’t take a lot of build shots , but i’de rather build than photograph.

Very nice build! I have plans for one as well, with a GC190. What is the engine you are using?

It’s an early 5hp Honda flat head off of an old generator. Engine runs great, but the generator was toast.

Well I spent the last couple days working on the bike. First thing I did was replaced the front fender brackets either some heavier ones the go on the outside to match the ones I have on the rear.

The next thing I did was fabricate a tool box to mount between the seat down tube and rear fender. I had to have a place to stow the pull rope for starting the engine.

Not much in the line of bikes but a gas tank out of a couple fire extingwishers, rest has been tied up with motor home repairs, and tractor/snowblower repairs........Curt

Well fabrication is done. Today I completely disassembled the bike and started prepping everything for powder coating.

I built this to mimick an early 1920-1930 era motorcycle. I know the fork is from the late 40’s to early50’s and the engine is from the 70’s, but only a purist would know it’s not periodic correct. I enjoyed the building, so now it’s time to take it to a handful of motorcycle and car shows this summer and put some miles on it. I’m glad you all enjoy it. Mark
