I picked up this cycle truck a couple weeks ago, it’s missing parts, and has some not original parts on it. Can anyone tell me the value of it as it sits?

Around $ 300 - 500 depending on market area . Around here nobody gives a hoot about vintage bikes and have seen one sit in the for sale section for over 2 month's .
If your Cycle truck was more complete and original you would be talking more then doubling your price .
 
Cycle trucks have gone crazy these last few years and are worth a multiple more than cruisers of the same era. The CABE is a great source for finding the value of more expensive prewar stuff.
