Fresh from the barn basement! SN #SC11410. Leave as is and ride it proudly, or restore it- most everything is there. I 'd planned to do it but have changed some priorities. This bike rides great- it's really heavy but once in motion it tends to stay that way. the wheels are reasonably straight, front is missing 2 spokes, the rear one spoke. Rims are solid. The frame is pitted, but not deep in anyplace and everything is solid and straight. It has truss rods, I believe the rear hub is an Elgin "air cooled" hub. The tires- Duro's, have about 10 miles on them. The fenders-peaked, and rack were recently purchased from another forum member and while not original, fit perfect, look really sharp. They have some surface rust, nothing deep, they are in excellent shape. They did come from a bike with skirt guards so the rear has a couple of slots where the guards attached. The front has two holes where a light was once attached. The original seat is mounted on a lucky, seven seat post. The small ends of the chain tensioners have broken off, they do turn freely. The original stem is broken, however I will include it. It is possible to use, I rode the bike quite a while before I pulled it apart and discovered it. The cross piece of the handle bars is missing, but the bars are straight. Skip tooth chain is well warn and all the links are free. The front fork has a small split on the steerer tube that could be spot welded. It hasn't bothered so far.The pedals spin freely, but are really, crusty. The side stand is not included but if you really want it I will include it for $25 additional. Feel free to ask questions, and I can take additional pictures if needed. Asking $330 shipped without the side stand, $355 with it included, I'll listen to offers. I will deliver/meet you within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY for $260, $275. The white stuff is snow......
