1940s Prewar Ratty Westfield Skiptooth and Springer

Got this ratty prewar Westfield skiptooth in the mail today.
I am pretty certain the fork is not original to the bike. The notches in the fender work for it, but the fender braces are wrong for this springer.
First time I have had one of these fat guards. Love the styling on it.
