Hi! I have a good solid '47 Cleveland Welding Frame looking for a Buildoff to win. He came to me dressed as a Schwinn - Springer, Head Badge, Chain Guard (note tabs), Seat Post (in upside down), Rear Carrier and Wheelset. I'll throw in the Schwinn same painted Chain Guard for nuttin if it sells and I can find it.

Head Tube Length - 6 1/2"
