1950 Western Flyer???

Owner claims its from 1950. Is it a reproduction or original and how much is it worth? Thanks in advance fellas.

Looks like one of the repro's to me.

definitely reproduction. Some of the non 50's parts that give it away: front and rear reflectors, wheel reflectors, stem, chainguard...

That's what I figured but I know some of the repro's can still carry some value.

I remember those modern looking reflectors and dirt tires being the cats pajamas in 1950.

Nonetheless, still a cool bike.

Reproduction as mentioned above.

I've come across these and people often think they are worth more than what they are. Still neat bike if you want something (modern with an old look) to ride around town with. It will fool most people who don't know much about those bikes.

P.S. take the reflectors off ; )
