1950's AMF Rocket trike

I just bought this for my baby girls Christmas present this year, she's 20 months old. Yea, it will be a little bit before she's tooling around on it, but not long.

Anyway, from what I have found on the Net, it's a 1950's AMF Rocket Trike. Does anyone know anything about these?

BTW, it will a pastel pink and white.

Yea Mark, I saw an add on there and one other, but they want you to pay them to tell you what year it is. Does anyone know of a year guide like like Schwinn's have?

Well, it's been a while. I've gotten it torn apart and ready to paint the wheels. I also made a new seat for it. I decided to play around with. Wat do you think?

so rad ! love those old tricycles. id try to bend that stem forward and down to make it look more comfortably ridable.
