1955 Huffy Customliner - One owner all original awesome tanker! - VIDEO

I think this may just be my nicest score ever! I'll take more pics this weekend. I don't even have all of the craigslist pics on this PC.
I got this one from craigslist 2 hours away in Jacksonville, FL. Talked with the 70 year old owner and it turns out he got this bike for his 9th or 10th birthday and has owned it ever since. It appears to be a 1955 Huffy Customliner and I don't think I have ever owned a bike with better original condition. It just blows me away that this is a single owner 62 year old bike.

Here is a Riverstreet walkaround video of my one owner original 1955 Huffy Customliner. This bike is freaking amazing and an excellent ride too.
Even the 62 year old tires held up well for a 2.5 hour ride around town today.

Amazing is right!
The condition of the bike and the fact that a 10 year old boy didn't trash it or strip it down for speed. Either he was very tall or rode it sitting on the tank, maybe that's where the couple of scratches came from.

When he tells his story of this being the bike he first learned to ride on, he quickly also says it's the first bike he crashed on. He bent one of his pedals at that time. He even hung onto the the pedals all these years and gave them to me, so I may be able to fix or replace the pedal axle.

I haven't even thought about looking at the serial yet.
