1960 Sears Spaceliner cruiser

anyone have any information on this and if its at least worth the $75 the guy wants for it. i was thinking of using it for a future project....after i finish my dam trike project. (trikes=headache for me)

any info appreciated.

well it is a spaceliner, Obviously the forks aren't original neither are the chainwheel or seat. It does look like a nice ride though, find a tank for it and call it done. In terms of value.... a decent 26" coaster wheel set, springer and a sweet frame probably worth it but offer fifty

It is a '65-67 Sears Spyder frame, I think. I had one a while back, 5 speed muscle bike. Here is a pic I found, I've seen them in this yellow and the purple I had.

that frame looks a lot bigger than a 20" muscle bike. compare the seat tubes.

I just picked one up this week, single speed coater, tank no head light left, rack, good seat & all the chrome is in good shape for $75. Their fun bikes. Not sure what I'm going to do with it yet.
