Awesome bicycle, really nice find. Are those the original decals? Lucky you

it is blue I have been searching parts for it for months its now a complete bike time to tear it apart for paint and new decals ,
Are you going to make it a multi speed? It has rear brake bridge. Are you going to keep it blue and what paint will you use?

What is the serial number on that frame? Can I get a side shot of the bike, trying to determine weather it was a 5 speed frame and would have room for the bigger 46 tooth sprocket.

Looks like a 5 speed frame from what I can see.

I am building as a coaster and gonna paint it a heavy metalic blue base coat clear coat ,

its a 5 speed 1968 long frame , I only got the frame and fork when I found it so I am gonna build it back as a coaster

they made 2 frames in 1968 for the stingray , the short frame with lucky 7 sprocket and wingtip chainguard and the long frame with the big mag sprocket and obviously you are aware of this but boy you can't bring this up on the facebook groups 😬 those guys won't have any of this 😂😂

A really great thing about this site is there seems to be none of that type of attitude. Even the guys who are true experts have taken the time to discuss variations and I have yet yo see anyone take offense to a misrepresentation or a newby with simple redundant questions. There is always at least one jack hole in the crowd, but you can still learn from them.
