1967 Stingray Deluxe

I added the light, mirror, bell and valve caps after I got it. Thinking about recovering a seat with a cover i got off bentsprocket a while back for this bike too, what do you think ?

My opinion would be a black/white checker seat, to match the mirror and tires. Your cover is cool though.

And since that is a later model pumpkin light with reflectors, you should by the reflectorless version and sell me that one...

thats kind of what i was thinking NE, i think id prefer a black and white, but the diamonds vinyl matches pretty dang close, it would be a shame not to use it i suppose.

i dont know what ive been waiting for, ive got a good core but ive been holding off until i knew what i wanted to cover it with. now i know :mrgreen:

thats what i had them for ... but im liking the originals better with the seat cover and crossflag caps though :roll:

let me get this seat done and i may take some pics to get an opinion.

Sharp looking bike. The checkerboard would be great as it would make it unique in a sea of Stingrays.

WOW! That was weird - that "before" shot is almost identical to the StingRay I had as a kid! Holy cow! Mine was a '66, but WOW, practically a mirror image. Talk about a Way-Back Machine! :lol:
Nice bike. Coppertone is still my favourite colour on a bike, even after all these years!
