1970 Alien movie action figure

I figure bike people must have other things in common besides bikes, so Im posting here to see if anyones interested. Its an orig "Alien" action figure, its missing the inner mouth, 5th spine, and a foot. Was in my dads basement since '83. I remember my brother painted it black at one point. The picture is of what it USED TO look like, I will post pics of whats left of it soon. Any interest in it just PM me.

I thought the movie came out in 79 ? Was there a comic or something before the movies ?

I never had that one but I had the early 90's Aliens toys
I always loved the movies ....

Yeah this one was sold in 1979 when the first movie was released. Its a real collectors item and worth a few dollars, no where near as much as "mint in the orig mint box" but still nice as a rebuild project or just for parts.
