All of the wax brands have one, it's a spray on, wipe off stuff that you can use if the paint doesn't need to be waxed already. The one I used was Meguair's Quick Detailer, but they are all about the same.
 
That is the exact brand I have, bought about 12 bottles several years ago because they came with a free clock :lol: :lol:
