1970s Sears Disc Brake 10 spd. "ideas"

1970s Sears Free Spirit 10 speed with shimano SE-Disc rear disc brake, basically a flip flop hub with the disc threaded on and locked with a BB lock ring, brake mechanism is also attached to hub with lockring and kept from spinning by attachment to seat stay. What should I do with this thing?

That is the exact hub that I'm putting on my custom swingbike. A bit of advice- get the disc and freewheel off before you cut the spokes. When I got mine it was just the hub and it was a nightmare to get apart.

I'll probably ditch the 5 speed freewheel, put on a single speed cog and put the wheel and brake on a decent lugged frame. Here's a shot of another vintage disc brake I have
