1971 MANTA RAY BARN FIND

Been out pickin again, draggged home a 1971 Schwinn Manta Ray 5spd in Cool Yellow. Bikes is all original with the exception of the headlight. We are happy to put it in the collection we do own a orange one too. The bike is as found many years ago guy had it in line with many others that never got done. We will do the clean up and fixing, seat is cut but vey complete Thanks MB

When I was a kid the only ones that had Manta Rays were the chubby kids. I think because of the chubby seat. I always thought it should have fatter tires. Gary

My son took over the bike and project. He is the Manta Ray guy. He has a nice orange 71 5spd and he wanted this f ind,and with the luck I have had lately. I was ok with it. A little time together.
