1st rat rod bike help

Hello,
I'm new to this and would like some help, I've just picked up a cruiser/chopper frame and would like some advice and help on what to do.

I'm looking at building a rusty rat bike but with some cruiser looks e.g white walls, pinstripe

Can i have any hints or tips on what to do and bits I could buy or make?

Just dig around on here using the search feature. Pretty much anything you can imagine has been done on here somewhere. Also hit up the For Sale section. Always tons of goodies in there.
