1. Is it possible to use a normal 24" size inner tube (24 x 2.125 ) for a 24 x 3.0 tire?

2. How can I create or get this look on raw steel?

We'll it seemed to work a regular tube does inflate properly, however there's not enough clearance to run it on the rear of my bike. It rubs on the frame and the chain. Dammit! Anyone know about that raw steel look

Kool I'll post a picture right now this tapatalk app is the beeze neez.

And about the steel , I know that much but what I meant to ask was how to get that burnt aged rusty patina look I've heard of rubbing used oil and burning it? I got this race car toy sculpture I bought in Mexico and I think it's the same process . Idk am I crazy? Lol
