well the crank spins just fine so I'll just assume it's a "52 for now 8)

I use the silcone spray grease with the straw to lube up crank bearings instead of dissasembling them every now and then. The straw fits right in and I give them a good shot of lube.

a 1952 would be a heayweight bike, and that one is a middleweight with s7s. you have a post 1959 chainguard. it looks like the headbadge is screwed on, in 1961-62 they used a glue on starburst badge. assuming most of the parts are correct, i'd guess it's a 1959 or 60. it doesn't matter much, still a cool bike and great deal. enjoy it.
