Roadmaster tank(not sure if it’s aftermarket) has been painted black but the og red is underneath.

Schwinn project, haven’t run the serial but guy I got it from said... ‘51-53 excelsior. Frame has been primed but has severe pitying from rust. The tank and fenders aren’t that bad, other then the custom paint job. Idk... kinda dig the grey and blue combo. Who knows! Might just be a frankenbike but it’s mostly done.

Thanks! I think I want to smooth the frame out just a little bit. The guy was planing on doing the whole bike this blue but stopped at the frame. I so dig it
