$20 Chopper

Just got It home. Can you say Franken-beast? The seller said it was a Schwinn 20" kids bike but the frame looks smaller than a 20" frame. Too cold outside to tinker w/ it to find out. I can see where a schwinn head badge was at one time but it looks like it was held on by 2-sided tape and not screws. The serial number was on the lower left neck tube: HC1684226
I checked my regular site to decipher it but there's no listing for HC serial numbers. Any ideas? Is it later than an '82 model then? I'll get some pics tomorrow when the sun is back up.

By looking at the drop out area id bet anything its not a schwinn frame.Likely Murray or Huffy built under some other name.Can we get a closer look at the frame?
HCxxxxx in the serial number is most likely a Huffy for Huffy Corporation.
