20" Lowrider

I recieved this frame as a xmas gift about 3 years ago, it sat for a while, tossed on some parts and rode it one summer, and now im finally building it up. Just a plain 20" repro schwinn frame. I cut the seat post and had a fellow do the metal work including skirts, and capping off in between the cantilever bars and behind the seat post. I prefer clean to clutter so i wanted this one to keep a failry simple feel. I just started on the body work. For parts i have some 68 spokes i laced in a fan pattern, other that that i have a few things to pick up

Supported on the inside of the skirt for strength

Fans laced in 4-spoke clusters
