2010 schwinn cruisers

The new 2010 models are now up on the Schwinn site. The bikes look nice, but they really need to do something with those rear fenders. :roll:

Are those bars the Canadian Benz bars that cycle speedway bikes use?

not too shabby, although it looks like they phased out their classic cantilever frames. wonder if the walmart schwinns (delmar, westwind, ect) will retain 09's cantilever frames or go to the new style?

At least they're offering the Classic Seven Deluxe. That's the most classic/vintage looking bike currently available from anyone. It's seems to me they're trying to compete with the Electra/Felt/Nirve "themed" bikes with this newer frame. I wouldn't mind seeing a Wal-Mart version of the new frame in a stripped down single speed, but I bet Pacific will continue to use the cantilevers for awhile.

the dropouts are different from the walmart schwinns vs the bike shop schwinns, probably made somewhere else than the bike shop line is, so id guess the cantilevers at walmart will still be showing up for a while in wally world too.

Not too bad...but I can't believe they left the back fender like that...it looks terrible.
