this was a freeby, cleaned up great ! 24" inch frame and wheels, the wheels need tuned up, it needs tires, and i need a sissy bar for the seat that i have for it. so far i have:
stripped to frame and cleaned up the frame
dissassembled head set, cleaned/re-greased headset, inverted the stem, re-installed
cleaned up fork
cut some handlebars, cleaned up the cuts, installed
cleaned and lubed hand levers, installed
installed new grips
removed, cleaned, reinstalled brake arms
cleaned up wheels
disassembled hubs, cleaned/re-greased all parts, re-assembled with a few new parts
drilled 1/2" holes in the trick pegs to be used for kneelers (though the bottom bracket,) installed kneeler assembly
looked at the bike and thought "ohhhh yyyeeaaahhh!!!

this one will go up for sale, if i didnt already have one for myself under construction i would keep this one for sure!! sorry about the poor pic quality, these were taken in my chop shop at night

these bikes take a bit of getting used to, but theyre alot of fun and they look wicked cool ! this is the first 24" ive modified. the rims still need to be trued then it'll be ready for sale as a project bike cuz it'll need to be finished. i think if ya gave one a try ya might like it! even for small hills in kansas city they can be fun. they lend themselves to rat creativity prett well too !! the one im building for myself is a canitlever frame, here's a pic of it. this is a gravity bike with rat rod flare! those are 20" wheels and a 'custom' frame i bought from a company in california. it has the same wheel base measurement as a 26" bike but w/ a low profile. the frame was tagged "stretched chopper." its gonna be REALLY hard not to put a motor on this one!
