24 inch schwinn american girls whats a good offer?

so i got a response from my bicycle wanted ad on caigslist with this bike.
it is a womans 24 inh schwinn american.
the pros i see is it is a Schwinn and it looks decent and other then the seat seems original.
the cons it is a girls bike.. it is plain jane no tank no cool features and kinda bland looking
the wheels are 24 inch and not whitewalls
the front wheel is missing a couple spokes.
i was gonna buy it for a flip. but im weary i have not had very good luck with 24 inch bikes or girls bikes.
so the guy says make an offer on it
what kind of offer should i make? or should i just walk away from it?

I'd move on. Unless you got it for like 20$, it would be a hard sell for the reasons you listed, and not much room for making money.
