Anyone have pictures they can share of 24" wheels in a 26" frame. Specifically thinking of doing this with a Schwinn camelback frame. Just want to know any known issues with this and see what it looks like. Thanks!

The biggest problems I've run into are with fenders and crank to ground clearance. Here's my late 40s 26" Huffman running 24x3 tires on 1.75" rims.

Not as good looking as that Huffman, but here's a 26" Emory with 24" 3G 57mm wheels and 24 x 3 tires. The wheels have to be very true, and the tires seated very well. Usually forks have plenty of width, it's the rear stays that may have clearance problems. If you used 24 x 2.125 tires, they look too small on the 26" frame, so I would recommend at least 2.50 width. Also found a pic of a 53 CWC with the same tires, but using standard 24 x 2.125 rims. Also, the chain may touch the wide tire, but a dished cog and/or chain wheel can give a little clearance for that. The chain wheel on the Emory wasn't dished at all and it took perfect adjustment of the wheel to keep it from touching the tire. I was going to get a dished chain wheel but sold the bike.
