Flightliner frame, drop bars with innertube "wrap". Gonna try the Nexus with the Sweet SA shifter from Kota (thanks!). Rollfast sprocket, Kenda $4 tires, NOS Persons auction find seat, shorty fender. Need to shorten the chain a bit. Thinkin maybe a chrome chainguard and chrome half-tank plate.

wrapped 'er all up. Flat black Monark sprocket up front,Nexus 3 speed out back:

the dropped bars looked cool but were a little tough on the back, switched to these:

That is the Nuts! i also liked the drops but I know what you mean gotta be able to rid em.
 
made some truss rods from some scraps. Some wall/partitions at work have LONG bolts running through them so I grabbed a few, some electrical connectors, some acorn nuts and a couple of springs I had lying around. Bent, cut and they turned into this...
