3 speed hubs are for sale. Will create a post in the for sale section tomorrow. I'm thinking $25 shipped? That sound fair?

Maybe too fair. They are heavy, so shipping alone may be 25 bucks. There's also SA in there, post the year that's on the hub shells, that may help sell them.

Make sure you use usps medium flat rate priority box. It's $14 . Otherwise you'll pay $21 shipping. Your price is too low.

That's a cryin' shame about the Hagen--it's a lot like that 9-speed contraption I discovered on a NordicTrack bike...only durable.

The all speed appears just to be missing the funky lil bracket with two cogs.....I would have to make one if I had the rest Thanks for sharing that with us. I am officially amused.

You can buy a chain tensioner. If you get the measurements or the right crank arm, it shouldn't be hard to get a matching length left cottered crank arm.

Yeah! The problem is i've never seen one mounted. I have no idea how this whole thing fits together. It'll be a while before i get to this project anyways but will definitely post as i piece it... Doesnt seem too difficult to reproduce this piece.

all it looks like is a spaced out chain tensioner with a universal fit....I would just buy a tensioner that would run with the chain line and ROCK THAT BAD PUPPY! (I want pics )
