30s, 40s? Hawthorne bicycle dual headlights

I picked this bike up a while ago but I'm not entirely sure on what it is. I bought this for the dual torpedo headlights that still had the original batteries in it. All I had to do was change the bulbs and batteries and they lit right up. Any help on identifying it would be greatly appreciated.

I think it is a 39 and I know there are a couple of people with WTB ads on the Cabe for that rack!

Could you post a serial number from the bottom bracket?

That frame is the same as the 37 Roadmaster Supreme.
