'30s Elgin Moto-Ballooner

Picked this up this morning at a local flea market. Im guessing its mid to late 30s and the serial # looks to be B67596 if that helps narrow it down. If anyone can give me more info on whats correct or not on the bike it would be greatly appreciated. Obviously the tires are slightly newer :lol:

Thats the correct aftermarket rack you could buy at Sears, mine has the same one

The bike looks pretty correct to me except the seat. Probably 37/38. The first letter is the year, A is 36, B is 37, etc
