36 hole blue band bendix??

I thought they only made the blue band overdrive hub in a 28 hole for 20" bikes

Yes, Schwinn # 37 007 and Bendix # 480840 . Bendix Blue Band 36 hole, 20 tooth.

The first StingRays that came out had 36 hole back rims, about the same time the blue and yellow band 2 speeds came out...1964. Gary

I'd like to see that model listed in a catalog somewhere. Never heard of a blue band coming on any bike except a StingRay. Maybe a dealer modification and not factory?? Gary
