Ah British cars.....The only ones with positive wire ground. :roll:

Old Dodges and Plymouths (40's) had a positive ground. In the last two days I've learned that almost every British car leaks oil and they can be really unreliable, I think I'm going to stick with American iron.

I've always had good luck with pre-1979 American cars and anything German.

i had a 63 mg migit. i kinda miss it once in a while, until i think about all the wiring problems, the rust, and the glass transmission. the engine bay did seem big enough to fit a small windsor in it though. hmmm.....

I had an old Triumph TR6 that had the straight 6 with dual stromberg side draft carbs. It was a little spitfire of a ride. I miss it at times but then I think of the three times it caught fire and how I felt when it burned to the ground.

A 351 powered midget does sound interesting though.

Made a firewall out of 1/4" aluminum, also got the first new parts I've bought for this truck.
