I had posted this 20"er as fresh find and got the suggestion of Elgin based on chain ring. I found serial # on bottom bracket C32103 that might help confirm. What say Ye?

I'd say it's either Cleveland Welding, Shelby, or Colson. Those were the main companies to offer a frame with parallel top tubes like that. Chain rings on 20" bikes seem to NOT be similar to the larger bikes in that era, through the 50s, so it's probably not an Elgin. -Adam
