nah, while they're sort of an unusual find, they're not that unusual a spec for a heavy, low-rpm single speed :wink:

more leverage... I read this article http://sheldonbrown.com/cranks.html by sheldon brown where he talks about crank lengths. which kind of changed my mind on giant cranks or at least confused it!
