Does anyone know where I can find cables with 4mm barrel ends? They are from the 60s.

Normal ones, that they still make, are like 7mm / 8mm. Schwinn used that size in their shifters. Shimano used this tiny end on a lot of their shifters. I'm really surprised they aren't easier to find.
