50s Columbia help

I'm going to pick this up sometime this week. Anyone have any input on value and what model this is. Sucks that it's missing the fenders and original pedals but I'm digging the crossbrace bars and drum brake

if you are buying it 300 is what i would pay, find a fender or two for it and it could sell for 500-600

Looks similar to my 1953.
I really don't have an idea on value though.
